I just wanted to let you know what a great job Scott and Ronnie did on the Holy Cross project. From the very beginning of the project, during the value engineering/estimate phase, Scott was very patient and detail oriented. His value engineering was key to making the job "affordable" for the owner. Many times over the last several months, Scott would come by the job just to make sure we were satisfied.
