With the economy today, it seems impossible to leave your job in order to stay at home and watch over your kids. Work is needed in order to give your children a better life and give them all that they need even if this means you are not going to be always there to watch over them because you are busy working. Financially speaking, a family cannot be well sustained with just one parent working with the high demands nowadays. This is why we are forced to leave our children in the hands of the daycare centers to watch over them while we work.

1. Being able to choose a great daycare centers can be important in the life of a child since this will be the time wherein he will be molded for the very first few years of his existence. Before anything else, see to it that you have already talked about this with your partner as a couple and as parents. What are the possible benefits and bad effects of this choice? Are there any other choice you can possible choose from? After the talk you have made, make a priority list. Look for a day care center which can provide you with only the best facilities that can meet your expectations. Make sure the environment is safe and healthy for the child. Also, be sure that the center has a friendly environment where you can assure that they can be well taken care of and that the facility provides opportunities for learning. See to it that the center has playgrounds where children can play and have fun. It must be a smoke free center.

2. More preferably, you can choose a small, private daycare managed by a woman while at home. The daycare is composed of a total of six children, including two of my kids. We chose this basically because of the clean home she had with a lot of educational toys for children of all ages. They do not always stay at home since she takes them out twice every week. The activity outside involves going out to the local library to read books, and also going to the park to watch the beautiful sunset. The children's nutrition is also a very much important thing to consider in her daycare center. Truly, she prepares well balanced and healthy foods to the kids that will promote a healthy lifestyle for our kids.

The day care center can affect the life of a child. Assess properly the facilities and the services provided by this day care at all cost. Indeed, without a doubt daycares can play a huge significance to our children's growth and development.

3. In choosing a daycare center, parent must be keen enough to compare and contrast their possible choices. Daycare centers are more like their second parents which will be there when the parents are not around to guide them. Choosing the best is needed for parents because it affects their children's growth and development.
