About Us
Owner, Steve Wayne, graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Engineering. He was hired straight out of college to this industry. When the owner became ill and was no longer able to handle the company, Steve had an opportunity to start his own. He started and founded our company in May of 1992. In the last 5 years, business has tripled. We have now handled projects from $0-$1.6 million.
We follow Steve’s philosophy of being very service-oriented. Our service represents our dedication and commitment to carry out your needs. We see the value in making great relationships with our clients. After all, you are important to us and an established relationship shows we care about your needs. Scott Raines, Chief Operating Officer
Scott has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 14 years. He oversees the daily operations of the office and field personnel, figures estimates on jobs, manages projects and ensures quality control. Scott lives in Arlington with his wife of 9 1/2 years and his three daughters. He enjoys golf, being of a part of his daughters’ sporting activities. Scott’s favorite vacation spot is going to Disney World with his family.
Scotty Lehrmann, Project Manager and Estimator
Scotty has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 3 years, and has been involved in the Fort Worth/Dallas construction industry for over 20 years. His estimating duties include Quantity take-offs and bidding new and remodel commercial projects. As Project Manager, he handles material submittals and ordering, scheduling, job cost analysis and quality control. Scotty lives in Arlington with his wife of 16 years, and his son. He enjoys hunting, fishing, scuba diving, golf, and is a local pro-sports fan. He is a Texas Tech Alum, and Scotty’s favorite vacation spot is Cozumel, Mexico.
Jason Wayne, Project Engineer
Jason has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 3 years. He estimates and manages projects, as well as assists in general office duties and field deliveries. Jason lives in Fort Worth with his new wife. He enjoys sports, playing basketball, snowboarding, scuba diving, watching movies, playing cards, board games and video games. Jason loves to vacation anywhere there are mountains or snow!
Jason Raines, Production Manager
Jason has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 4 years. He provides manpower, materials, equipment and flow of information to jobs and insures productivity. Jason lives in Arlington with his wife of 13 years, and he has 3 children. He enjoys cars, fishing, hunting, golf and sports. Jason’s favorite vacation spot is “anywhere, as long as it’s a vacation.”
Bill Cornett, Scaffold Designer
Bill has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 17 years. He lays out detailed scaffolding designs for the scaffolding crews. He lives in Red Oak with his wife. Bill proudly boasts 4 children and 6 grandchildren. His favorite hobby is spending time out hunting.
Shawn Flaherty, Shop / Scaffold Foreman
Shawn has been with Exterior Wall Systems for 12 years. He oversees scaffolding crews and handles material deliveries. He lives in Morgan, Texas.
